Once again this year our school has been invited by the Caloundra RSL to participate in the annual ANZAC Day March to be held at the Caloundra RSL on Monday 25 April 2016.
Our school captains will lead the march followed by student leaders and students. All students are invited to join our school group at this important occasion.
Participation Details:
1.      Full school uniform, including broad brim hat, shoes and white socks must be worn.    Remember, our school is on display and we need to ensure we represent Caloundra State Primary School well.
2.      Parents or an adult will need to drop children off at the assembly point at Stockland shopping Centre, behind K Mart at 8:30am where they will be met by Mr Logan and Mr Bopf. Only students who have a parent/adult dropping them off and collecting them may participate with our school.
3.      The march will commence at 9:00am and finish at the Caloundra RSL shortly afterwards.
4.      Children are to be collected from Mr Logan and Mr Bopf at the RSL.
5.      Sunscreen is highly recommended as well as a water bottle.
School Ceremony
The school ceremony will take place this Thursday the 21st of April at 9:15am in the Senior Undercover area. I encourage extended family members to attend the ceremony and observe our wonderful students on display. All families are invited to lay a wreath at the ceremony.
